Dusty is a full brother to his teamate Duke and they would be almost impossible to tell apart except that Dusty has whorl on his neck and Duke does not. Dusty’s best friend is his brother Duke and they love playing together. Dusty also enjoys the company of Maureen Aulson’s miniature horses and the younger horses pastured nearby. Dusty is very affectionate and loves the attention of his human friends.

In Dressage, Dusty is in the lead with his brother, making a good impression on the judges with his obedience. For Marathon, David counts on his strength and stamina as the right wheeler. For Cones, Dusty stays in the right wheel position where he happily follows the leaders. Dusty is a veteran Pair competitor and went to the World Championships with owner Alan Aulson.
